email not displaying properly in desktop apple mail app

I have a daily RSS email that sends out from MailChimp triggered by my RSS feed on a Wordpress website. These emails have been working successfully for months across all devices and email applications both mobile and desktop.

Starting last week however the emails started to not be displayed properly ONLY using the Apple Mail App on desktop computers. Attached are screenshots of what the email looks like using my desktop computer.

If I use a browser to pull up the email in gmail or apple it looks perfect!

On any mobile device using the Mail App it also looks fine!

Does anyone know a fix for how to get the email to display using the Apple Mail App on a desktop computer?
