Got new Apple Watch and trying to set it up and it wants to use my husbands gmail account not mine

Change gmail account I have just set up my Apple Watch Series 5. I added ( or thought I did), the 3 gmail accounts that I need. Problem is only 1 is showing, and it’s not the primary one. I can’t add the others or remove it. I have followed the guidance about going into My Watch on my phone, selecting Mail, then selecting Account, but there is no option to delete or add accounts. Can anyone help?

I'm trying to setup my new apple watch series 5. The problem is I can't link it to my iphone. My icloud on iphone is hotmail. It doesn't accept it do i need a gmail account? I cant setup my mew watch. I use a gmail account on my iphones icloud but it doesn't accept it ): do I need a gmail account for me to be able to activate it. What can I do?
