I am unable to remove/delete the orbi app from my iPad when following the general instructions to remove an app. Have been using iPhone since before the App Store existed so I am not a novice user.

Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps - ensure that this permission is set to Allow
