Hello,

You cannot get more storage. Some solutions to this is:

Connect it to an Apple Desktop and transfer information from the iphone to the desktop then delete them off your phone.

Delete apps, photos or documents you don't really need.

You can check this by, 1 Go into Settings, 2 General, 3 Iphone Storage. Now you should be able to see how much your apps take up, your photos and old documents.
