Endnote transfer
I have brought a new laptop and I am trying to transfer my endnote and its telling me that the app needs updating. Can you assist?

We noticed that you've reviewed the article 32-bit app compatibility with macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 and later which is a great place to start. Is your new Mac running macOS Big Sur? If so, EndNote doesn't appear to be compatible with this version of macOS at this time. You can find more information here: EndNote: Big Sur Compatibility.
