I gave my daughter I series 1 watch and I removed it from my devices so I can add the new watch I was given to my devices. She is not able to pair the watch because it says it is still attached to me. How do I remove it from my account? I do not see it

Apple Watch account removal I’m wondering if there is a way to remove my account from an Apple Watch without the watch. I reset it and thought that it signed me out and then sold it but was told I’m still signed in, and I don’t have the same phone that it was hooked up to.
