Client Issue

My client states that her iPhone 11 is not working. The phone will not connect to any Bluetooth device, and the VoiceOver accessibility does not work either. The phone was replaced and updated by Apple in October. She states her new device has the same issues. Who does she contact?

Ask the Seller:

Contact the Seller, and request a refund, or a replacement. You have 14 day to return an item. If it has been more than that, you could get it serviced. If found faulty, the charge would be likely nothing. It comes with a one-year, out-of-the-box, limited warranty.

So, contact Apple, if purchased through Apple.

Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
