Change Apple ID for an existing Apple Card

You can change the email address associated with your Apple ID, but the card is permanently tied to the ID you used when you opened the account.

I don’t think you can change the Apple ID for a card already issued.

You may have applied for the Apple card after signing with an Apple ID on your device
