Please it atop a laptop cooler, and keep it out of sunlight and out of enclosed spaces (i.e. closets and room corners).

You have some problems. First you have no service. Do you have a sim card from your carrier in your phone? Second, you need to let your phone cool off from being too hot. Third, keep it charging to recharge your battery.
