I can't physically accept the terms and conditions setting up my new phone.

I've recently been handed-down a "new" iphone 7. i know that apple's motto is "if it doesn't have to be replaced every six months, it's not worth selling," but there's no reason this issue should be happening. the setup was going fine, until i got to the point where it asked me to install the update (which went fine) and then agree to the terms and conditions. at this point, it stops responding.

i can still scroll, enter my password, lock and unlock my phone, etc. the buttons turn light grey when i press them, as usual, they simply do nothing. i am now stuck on this screen, with no seemingly no way of fixing this.

i can't upload a video to demonstrate this, but this is a photograph of the screen. ignore the minor cracks- they have had no impact on the responsiveness of any other buttons until this exact moment.

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 14

Use YouTube:

Have access to YouTube? If so, upload a video to it, and then provide the link to your video. Explain what is happening, while taking the video. Use someone else's phone (with their permission), if need be, and then delete the video from their phone, once uploaded.
