Push Notifications

I’m an InstaCart Shopper and I’ve been have problems with the push notifications for the Shopper App. These notifications are shopping jobs and the notifications go out to a group of people and the first to accept it gets the job. My notifications are delayed so long that I’m not even seeing most of them anymore because they get grabbed up before the notification can get to my phone!

If I sit and refresh the available orders screen repeatedly sometimes I’ll get lucky and see an order and be able to accept it when I haven’t even received a notification yet!!

Any idea why this is happening or how to fix it?

I’m on an iPhone 11 with current iOS updates.

Location Services are on, Push Notifications are on, I have pretty much everything else turned off. Battery saver is not on. I’m constantly uninstalling and reinstalling the App. Nothing has helped!

There are some dishonest Shoppers paying for an App that gives them early access to the orders. Is it possible for this to interfere with the push notifications getting to my phone as soon as they are sent out?
