Hi! Recently my Safari has been blocking me to all my normal websites (below). I have cleared history/cache/cookies.

You don't have permission to access "http://www.costco.com/" on this server.

Does this mean access is blocked to all websites you've tried? (the word "normal" raises a doubt)
Do you have another browser installed? If so, can that access the sites through that?
Do you use a VPN service or VPN software? If so, try disabling it.
