I am getting "WebKit encountered an internal error" (WebKitErrorDomain:300)

I am getting "WebKit encountered an internal error" (WebKitErrorDomain:300)

I am unable to do anything in Safari, version 14.0.3, and every where I try to go this is the error message I receive.

How do I fix this?

1. Startup in Safe Mode:    https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

    Login to your account.

    Launch Safari and test.

To exit Safe Mode, click  in the menu bar and choose “Restart”.

Launch Safari holding  the shift key down and test.

2. Clear all website data
