My macbook pro has been loading the enter the passcode you use to unlock the iPhone for about an hour now. I can’t restart it or turn it off either. What should I do?

Hello nikol245,

We understand that you're encountering some trouble with your MacBook Pro not responding at the login screen. If frozen, we'd recommend a force restart of your Mac.

Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac - Apple Support

If that doesn't react or your MacBook Pro doesn't respond after, let us know.

Thanks!
