My series 3 watch is stuck on the Apple logo. I tried force resetting it, but that’s not working. Anyone have any ideas what I can do to get it to reset

my Apple Watch 3 is stuck. I can get the apple logo to appear and then it goes away after a few seconds. I have tried to reset but that apple logo screen occasionally appears and I have tried to reset and I have tried to cancel. It goes away and nothing. What can I do.
