my outgoing server disappears

on my mac book pro apple mail here are my issues:

for all gmail and aol accounts,

1- the out going servers disappear after 3 seconds

2-Can not add a new email account

3-Can not send emails

I have removed the auto allow, I have removed from keychain, I have filled in the outgoing servers correctly, I have deleted accounts(and not able to re add), I have been on calls with apple support since August, and even they have no idea whats going on.

It's a complete mystery. If anyone has any ideas, Id love to hear them!!

We want to help find a resolution to your issue with the MacBook Pro working with Mail. Since this appears to be related to the mail accounts you are adding, verify you've tried the steps to Add an email account to Mail on your Mac

Since you've already worked with Apple Support you may have already tried those steps.

Use the Mail Settings Lookup tool on the page here. If you still notice the same connection issues, contact your email provider to verify you have the right informations for your email account.

Ultimately if these steps don't help, you'll need to Contact Apple Support for further support.
