I sent money through Apple Pay for an item, but the recipient could not set up their account to receive the money
I sent money through Apple Pay for an item I purchased, but the recipient could not set up their account to receive the money. The funds cleared through my bank anyway even though they did not accept the money on their end. How do I retrieve my money? Here is the screen shot of what Apple said.
