How do I get warranty support for AirPod 2
The charging ring on my AirPod 2 (left) snapped off while putting them in the charging case. One-half of the ring snapped off and it will no longer charge.

You can enter an Apple store and tell them that the ring has snapped off, and they will provide you with a new AirPod. Just make sure to bring your AirPods, charging case, and your AirPods box if you still have it. If you don’t have the box that’s okay.
Also, in the AirPods box there is a one year warranty.
