I am trying to install Windows. When I open Boot Camp Control Panel, it shows this:
Is disk1 a Windows or Mac startup disk
When I startup to mac It went well

Now The Mac Startup disk showed up after I update all of the softwares in Apple Software Update for Windows

No. Older versions of AppleControlPanel.exe do not recognize APFS volumes for Startup.

Once Bootcamp drivers are installed, you should see both selections.

Check Windows Device Manager for any unknown/other devices. If you do not have any such devices, you should be fine.
