I purchased the Go Live album from Stray Kids but I can’t find the digital booklet.

I looked through similar questions and the answers but I still can’t seem to find the booklet. I can’t find iTunes library either so I’m kind of stuck now. I can’t redownload the album either. Do you know where I can find the booklet?

You are using your computer's iTunes (Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books - Apple Support), not your iPhone ?
