Tunes is Not an Option: 

iTunes is not an option for Big Sur. You use:

• TV app for TV Shows and Movies*
• Music app for Music.**

Apple split iTunes up in Catalina. Use the new applications instead.

On older systems, it'll be in the Applications folder and the Dock.
