You Apple IDs would have been eMail addresses - particularly one you've used in the past.

As for the purchases, go here: See your Purchase History for the App Store, iTunes Store, and More - Apple Support

See if you can recover the ID/password. Use every email address you can think of.

If you forgot the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification  email option if necessary.

There is no search mechanism for finding Apple IDs that you created if you cannot remember them. Why did you create so many to begin with?
