Trusted Numbers for Two-Factor Authentication

How many Trusted Numbers can you set up in Two-Factor Authentication? When you ask for a Verification Code, does it then let you choose which Trusted Number you want it sent to? I travel in different countries and switch SIM cards - can I set up a Trusted Number with the number used with each SIM card?
