My ultra wide and zoom camera don’t work while shooting in 30 FPS or less

My ultra wide and zoom camera don’t work while shooting in 30 FPS or less. But ultra wide dose work while shooting in 60 FPS and higher. However none of of the camera modes can access the zoom camera. I tried to reset all setting in my phone to default and get all the updates but none of that worked. What can I do.

Take videos with your iPhone camera

Choose Video mode.
Tap the Record button or press either volume button to start recording. While recording, you can do the following: Press the white Shutter button to snap a still photo. Pinch the screen to zoom in and out. ...
