Un authorized purchase

My 10 Yr old son has played a Car game in the I Pad without my knowledge and the game offered him options to buy upgrades to the game. He purchased upgrades worth $ 4000.00 . He did not have the facility of purchasing anything before since he did not know the I tune password. But he managed to change the password and using new password he purchased all these upgrades. I requested for refund, but Apple denied refunds, I can understand they don't want to give back what they took . The Car game is very tricky and it cheats children very easily. These app has been made to steel money from your account. Children don't know that the game charges to their parent's account.

I recommend keep away from apple products if you do not have sound knowledge in technology.
