Reimbursement and cancellation for unused app

I cancelled Daylio months ago but I’m still getting charged. How can I get reimbursed and cancel subscription?

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
