Can’t login into some apps

Perhaps there is a glitch in their systems that they are trying to fix at the moment?

Ask to speak with the iTunes Store Staff. They’ll see what’s going on:

Contacting Apple

1. Contact Us - Choose Locations
2. U.S.A. (800)MY-APPLE
3. Proceed from there as necessary

B. Try Updating You iPhone:

C. Perform a Hard Restart:

1. Deselect: all of these apps (so that they are "grey" in color)
2. Tap: General
3. Tap: Shut Down (very bottom).
4. Swipe: Line to the Right
5. Wait: 30 Seconds
6. Power Back Up

D. Report this as a Bug to Apple:

1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
3. Proceed from there as necessary
