Dear all,
I'm taking a look to my macbook pro 2019 15inch fans through a third party program.
My questions are:
1- What is the the max fans speed normally within this mac version? Am I having the right max speed?
2- Why the left fan is more powerful than the right fan?

Apple does not publish any information about these hardware sensors. Essentially, you are asking us to explain the guesses made by some software developer. Since it is impossible for us to even know the actual answers from Apple, how could we ever know the rationale behind someone else’s guesses?
The only thing we can tell you for certain is this fan control software will damage your computer.

I just downloaded it to check weather my fans are operating correctly or not, tho all the day I'm connecting my mac to an external 3 fans to decrease the heat since I use 2 monitors connected to the macbook.
So, the speed of the fans are oaky? And its' okay that left is more powerful than right one?

I do have Kaspersky internet security (original key). Shall I unistall it? And why?

Third party AV is not recommended— it typically does nothing but add issues to the macOS and competes directly with Apples own built in security:

Fan speeds look normal.
Are you having issues? Why third party fan control...(?)
Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/Anti-Virus/VPN
