Hi! I want to order an Apple Watch SE with the color cactus, but it’s telling me that delivery is not possible. How can I order the watch?

Apple watch series 7 trying to purchase apple watch series 7 online and it doesn't seem to go through.. my billing address is different than my shipping address.
