Decimals and adding percentages.

I have to add some amounts that are percentages of other amounts. I have set them to display only two decimals, and I want the total to be calculated using the amounts on display. But it's adding the actual values of the percentages so I get this:

What do I have to do so that the sum displayed shows £86.40 instead?

You have to make the result of the formula producing the '£21.60' displayed equal to the displayed value.

Setting the display to show only two places after the decimal rounds the display, but does not change the actual value in the cell. If these cell contain entered values, shorten the entry to include only two places after the decimal.

Numbers automatically rounds the display to the number of places after the decimal set for the cell, but that rounding does not change the actual value in the cell. To do that, you need to wrp the formula creating that value with ROUND, and specify that the rounding is to the nearest hundredth.

ROUND(yourformula,2)

in each cell of the left column should do the job.
