iCloud mail

I am having issues receiving mailing my mail app on my iPhone ..in the iCloud mail app why does it keep saying cannot connect to server?

Have you tried deleting the account, restarting the device, and then adding the account back?


Mail – Setup on a device    


Mail - If you can't receive email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch     


Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a restart.


Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch         


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device.
