No, there is no way to recovered deleted text threads. That’s why there’s an “Are you sure?” dialog when you try to delete.
That's unfortunate and one reason I NEVER use the swipe to delete option.
Contact whoever the text was with and ask them to copy it and send it back to you would be the only way to get it back.
I appreciate that but "Are You Sure?" didn't pop up I just swiped and it was gone
