How to change Apple ID payment method

Want to pay my bills on my new WF Visa card since my old one was closed view was hacked last week.

To add a new card follow these instructions→Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support. If you have any running subscriptions you will have to add the new card first, then delete the old card.
