My iPhone 6S Plus only charge one side and even I cleaned the port and lighting connector but still to no avail I even used an original Apple lighting to USB wire.
Can anyone answer me what is happening to my phone.
Thanks for your help, i found out that some pins are a bit damage. There is nothing I can do as I soon going to buy an new iPhone to replace this damaged one but I will still keep this as an emergency phone just in case
If the pins are damaged eventually charging will fully fail. If all you want it for it a backup find a competent 3rd party repair shop and pay them to replace the Lightning connector. Apple may refuse to service that iPhone in the future but given its age and it will just be a backup that should not be an issue.
Get a magnifying glass and a flashlight and see if there is a damaged pin in your Lightning connector on the iPhone.
