How can I pair my AirPod max with my apple tv

If the AirPod Max was already paired with another Apple device with the same Apple ID account for iCloud, then Apple TV would be aware of it, and you can select it from a list in Control Center on Apple TV (4th generation or later) with tvOS 14.3 or later.
