Can I combine to Apple Id accounts into one?

Can I combine two apple ID accounts into one? Ive purchased subscriptions on one user and others on the other account. I would like to merge all into one account?

You can't merge Apple IDs. You can try setting up Family Sharing between the IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.
