Photos appear blurry on iphone 11 until zooming in & out

I have a fairly new iPhone 11, bought in dec of 2020. Recently I have discovered an issue with the camera roll/photos app that’s been bugging me like crazy- when I go to take a picture,the quality is crystal clear. Further,when going into my camera roll,the same picture has a slight blurr to it until I zoom in/in and out,then the good quality pic appears again(until closing the app)

I do not use icloud to store any pictures,since I already use a separate app not affiliated with Apple to back up my pics. In said app there is nothing remarkable about the quality of the pictures,nor in any other editing/social media app.

Seems like others are experiencing the same issue?

Note: phone is up to date with latest iOS
