Hi, I have iPhone 6s Plus.. but still my phone have iOS 12.5.2 .. I need iOS latest version.

If you are at iOS 12.5.2, then you have an iPhone 6 Plus and can’t update any further. If you need a newer iOS version, you will need a newer phone.

You have a 6 Plus and not a 6s Plus.

A 6s Plus can't even install 12.5.2.
