I would suggest recalibration your Apple Watch to see if your exercise can be more accurately tracked. To clear all previous calibrations find the privacy menu within the app for Apple Watch on your iPhone. Then you can follow these steps to recalibrate: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204516
