help with icloud calendar reminders not working in outlook

I've confirmed all preferences are correct, and the iCloud Outlook Add-in is active

Windows, Windows 10

Thanks for confirming. To verify, is Windows up to date? Make sure it is and also make sure Outlook and iCloud for Windows is up to date as well. You can see how to update here:


If you can't download or install iCloud for Windows


Restart after that and see if the issues are resolved. If not, use the following link to reach out to Apple Support so they can look further into this with you:

I have previously addressed the tips included in the resources mentioned above. Just today I logged into iCloud.com, created a new calendar moved all appointments including recurring, they were syncing with my iPhone and Outlook, I was even receiving the alerts. Later today the appointments are alerting on the iPhone, but it appears they have stopped working in Outlook. UGH!!! I have a small business and rely heavily on the reminders/alerts. Any additional suggestions are greatly appreciated. I suspect outlook is the problem. Go figure
