Refund

Hello. I issued a return on an Apple Watch and it has successfully been returned to apple as per the email I received which also said the refund would be processed as it has returned. However it has nearly been two weeks and I have still not revived a refund on this product. I would like to know what is happening here as soon as possible. The number is 3878754485. Thank you
