For every small bug, you ask user to reinstall the entire OS X? Or create a new admin user?
Are you kidding me??? We are not ****** windows user. This is not the expectation of OS X. -

Try clearing website data in safari and emtying cache.

couldn't play youtube videos on full screen, and here what I did;
1) went through your responces
2) enabled plug in in safari ( safara/preferences/security/tick-enable plug ins
3) also disabled html5
4) check also that you have the latest version of flash player
