Why sleep mode on apple watch 5 doesn’t dim?
Greetings LosMangosNikos,
We understand that you have some questions about using your Apple Watch, and we'd like to help. It sounds like you have the "Always On" feature enabled, and you can learn more about the feature here:
Use the Always On feature with your Apple Watch
Take care.
But now you give me an idea so I turn the feature “Always On" on and then off again (the way I prefer) and seems that it’s working.
Thank you
LosMangosNikos,
Thanks for the updated information. In that case, Contact Apple Support for further assistance.
Cheers.
NO, I don’t have enabled the feature "Always On" I keep it "Always Off" just to save the battery life.
For a while it was ok and again the same problem. Only if I turn on the feature "Sleep" and then I restart the watch It’s working the dim.
