How do you see your purchase history?

How to see what you were charged for

1. To see your purchase history, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
3. A list of purchases appears. To see the full receipt including tax, tap or click the date. Multiple purchases, including subscriptions, might be grouped onto one charge.

I'm not sure how far back it goes but the following link shows hardware that I purchased 9 months ago:

Once an item is shipped or picked up, Apple will create an invoice for your order. To view or print your invoice, go to your Order Listing

 page and select an item to go to the order details.

This solution seems to be for content purchases only. How can one see a purchase history for hardware? (When I look under orders, it only shows my most recent purchase.)
