re-install Big Sur without prior migration

I want to reinstall a fresh copy of big sur on my MacBook Pro 13" M1 machine, but I want to do a clean install of my user and manually transfer any files I want on the machine. The problem I seem to have is that the Big Sur installer sends me into the migration tool and I can only create a user by pulling over a previous user migration (pulling along things that I do not want to pull along).

Am I missing something, and is there a way to bypass the migration tool, so that I can set up a fresh user when I re-install Big Sur on a freshly erased drive?

Best Regards,

Mark
