Where is mobile data settings

Open Settings ➔ Cellular / Mobile : Here you will find some options to setup the data portion of your iPhone.

You have to click on “Cellular” first, then “Cellular Data Options”, then you will see the LTE/4G options if your carrier supports it. Hope this helps.
