Balance dollar clearance
Hi I would like to clear my balance dollar amount $0.48 from the apple wallet so that I can change the country.. Kindly advise for the same

Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
