How would I be able to enable find my car keys. Is there something I can attach to my keys to allow this?

I want to use ‘find my’ with my car keys. Is there something possible that would allow this?

Various third party vendors sell Bluetooth enabled fobs (often for locating pets) for this. However, Bluetooh only works a hundred feet or so and the efficacy is limited.
