Apple Watch overheated, causing screen to crack.

I noticed my apple watch screen felt hot as i adjusted it on my wrist, so i took it off and let it sit. I came back to it later that day and the screen was now cracked and it wont charge or turn on.

Wondering if anyone else has had this?
