Rollback to previous version of app

I discovered one of the apps I’m using don’t work after latest upgrade.

is it possible to rollback to previous version of app?

iPad Pro 12.9-inch, 3rd Gen, Wi-Fi, Cell

No. This is only possible if the developer updates the app so that it works on the latest version.
